The vehicle fit extension has been implemented as an enhancement for the Magento e-commerce platform. From the customer's perspective the user picks a make, then the models load in via AJAX!. After subsequently choosing a model the customer can pick the year/options.

The program enables you to make a make/model/year, make/model/trim, make/model/engine/year, or any other configuration that is needed. You can add, re-label and change the order of each chained select box by editing an ini file in any text editor such as notepad. No programming knowledge needed.
